Dreams Dress Size 14

This is a stunning midi length dress from Dreams we've sized at a UK 14.  The dress has a V neckline and 3/4 length sleeves with a flowing tiered skirt and it's a browny/ grey background with duck egg blue trim and a soft flowing pattern.  It's in excellent preloved condition, but the care and composition labels are missing which is why we've had to rely on measurements to size it.  Fabric feels like a viscose, but not a viscose stretch.  Please see photos for measurements.
